Therasia Resort Sea & Spa is preparing for the summer season and has implemented the highest health protection protocols for its guests and staff, according to the guidelines shared by the World Health Organization. The hygiene and control measures applied will allow our guests to spend a peaceful and carefree holiday in the uncontaminated Aeolian scenario.
WIDE SPECTRUM SANITIZATION AND SANITATION
Thanks to the latest generation technology, the sanitization of the premises takes place through an innovative system that acts through the automatic introduction of an active sanitizing principle, with a broad spectrum action on viruses and bacteria.
All the equipment at your disposal, as well as the vehicles dedicated to transfers, are constantly sanitized. Inside the Resort you will also have hand sanitizing gel, masks and disposable gloves available.

On your arrival, you will have the opportunity to do a private and stress free covid lancing device rapid test. The result will be provided to you by e-mail. Our aim is to keep yourself, our customers and employees safe, creating a covid-free Island.
To make short the interaction between customers and employees, we offer online check in and an App that allows yourself to make restaurant orders and much more.
DISTANCE AND LARGE SPACES
At the Therasia Resort Sea&Spa you will be free and naturally distanced. There is enough space to satisfy all your needs. We just invite your to keep the mask on when walking through the corridors, when using the lift, when on the shuttle bus and when there is not enough distancing between customers.
RESTAURANTS AND BARS
Food for the soul, without limitations
The arrangement and number of tables in the restaurants have been redesigned to guarantee ample space. In addition, part of the buffet will be replaced by an à la carte service and you can view the menus from your personal devices via QR Code. To give you the opportunity to enjoy our menus from the privacy of your room, we have finally optimized the Room Service department.
THERASIA NATURAL SPA
In order to avoid crowds, access to the Indoor pool is limited and constantly monitored by the staff. Sauna and the Turkish bath are closed as per Government decree.
The gym equipment and machinery are cleaned and sanitized after each use;
Our therapists wear the appropriate protective equipment and at the end of each treatment the cabins are completely sanitized.
COLLABORATORS
Our collaborators regularly carry out serological / immunological tests, are daily subjected to temperature measurement and wear the required safety equipment. Each of them attends specific training sessions dedicated to the new safety measures, in order to guarantee competence and availability towards guests and colleagues.
SHUTTLE SERVICES
The shuttle services will be carried out with full compliance with all the distancing rules as well as hygiene and sanitation for the driver and vehicle
